CANCELLATION POLICY

Course / Event Cancellation:

  • Users who have enrolled in a specific course / event can request cancellation by contacting our customer support team at admin@osara.my.
  • Requests for cancellation must be made within 3 DAYS from the date of enrollment.
  • Depending on the course, cancellation fees may apply, which will be communicated to the user during the cancellation process.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the refund policy outlined below.

Modifications to the Cancellation Policy:

  • OSARA reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
  • Users will be notified of any changes through email or a prominent notice on our website.

Transfer Policy:

  • Course or event CANNOT be transferred to another participant

REFUND POLICY

Course / Event Refunds:

  • Refunds for courses will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • If cancellation is requested within the specified cancellation timeframe, a partial or full refund may be granted, depending on the circumstances.
  • Any refund granted will be processed within 2 WEEKS from the cancellation request and will be issued using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items, such as downloadable course materials or digital resources, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Membership fees, administrative charges, or any other non-refundable fees will not be eligible for refund.

Please note that this cancellation policy applies to standard cancellation scenarios. In exceptional cases, such as force majeure events or extenuating circumstances, we will assess cancellation requests on an individual basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
